Insurance not accepted

All initial evaluations and treatments are scheduled on a one-to-one basis with the doctor. Each treatment session is a flat rate and includes personalized treatment plan. There are never any hidden or additional costs for additional types of treatments.

Evaluation Rate: $150

Treatment Rate: $100

Cancellation policy: All appointments are reserved just for you. We respectfully ask you to request an appointment change one week before your appointment. In a case that you need to cancel or change your appointment; you must do it at least 48 hrs prior to the beginning of the appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full cost of the session.
